1 1/2 oz Hendrick’s Gin
1/2 oz Absinthe
1/4 oz Noilly Prat Dry vermouth
1/2 oz Creme de violette

This is a wonderful 1930s cocktail. Stir into a mixing glass with ice & strain into a champagne glass. Don’t be scared of the colour, it will go from milky to clear when the absinthe settles in the glass.
