4 oz Fresh lime juice
2 oz Fresh pineapple juice
2 oz Orange juice
1 oz Honey
2 oz Passion fruit syrup
2 oz Gold Jamaican rum
2 oz Dark Demerara rum
1 1/2 oz Vodka
16 oz crushed ice

This recipe I found in Beachbum Berry’s tki style cocktail book Sippin’ Safari and its really good, however I made some style changes to it.
Crush ice and form a ice cone in a glass then put in the freezer for aprox 15 minutes.
Dissolve honey in lime juice, add all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
Pour unstrained onto the sides of the ice cone, garnish with a slice of pineapple, a pineapple leaf and the spent lime shell.
This recipe will give you a lot of cocktails, so either share or transform into smaller amounts.
