2 oz Dark Demerara rum
1 oz Amber Martinique rum
1 oz Lime juice
1 oz Orange juice
1 oz Lemon juice
1 oz Passion fruit syrup
1 oz Hibiscus grenadine
1 dash of orange bitters

New Orleans, the home of fantastic food, some of best creations in mixology and of course the Hurricane cocktail. Shake everything, except for the bitters, hard and strain into a hurricane glass with lots and lots of crushed ice. Add the bitters ontop and serve with some sprig of mints.
